Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Travels in Istanbul Adventure Tourism, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour departure time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time are non-refundable.

Customers who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Cancel a Booking

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service team at:

The effective cancellation date will be the date and time we receive your written request.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

4. Changes to Bookings

Date or tour changes requested by the customer are subject to availability.

Requests for changes made 24 hours or more before the tour may be accommodated free of charge.

Changes requested within 24 hours of the tour are treated as cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy above.

5. Cancellations by Travels in Istanbul

Travels in Istanbul Adventure Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions
Safety concerns
Operational issues
Force majeure events

In such cases:
Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers will be offered the option to reschedule for another available date or tour.
If rescheduling is not preferred, a full refund will be provided.

6. Third-Party Services

Certain tours may include services provided by third parties (such as museums, boat operators, or transportation providers). In cases where these providers apply their own cancellation policies, those policies may also apply.
